The “Hybrid Content Processing AI” solution is developed and operated by Miftah Industri (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with the use of our services. 2. Information We Collect
We process two types of data:
Customer Data: Data uploaded or processed by users within the platform, which may include documents (PDF, DOCX), images, audio, text, or other digital content used for AI processing. This data remains fully owned by the customer.
System and Usage Data: Information automatically collected to improve system performance and security, such as log data, API calls, and authentication metadata via Microsoft Entra ID.
3. How We Use Information
Miftah Industri uses collected data solely for:
Delivering and maintaining the content processing pipeline.
Enhancing functionality (e.g., AI model optimization).
Ensuring security and compliance. We do not use customer data for advertising, profiling, or resale purposes.
4. Data Ownership and Access
Customers retain full ownership of their data. Miftah Industri accesses customer data only when explicitly authorized for support/troubleshooting or when required by law.
5. Data Storage and Security
The solution runs on Microsoft Azure infrastructure within your subscription context (Managed Application) or our secure environment (SaaS), depending on the deployment model. Protection includes:
Data encryption at rest and in transit (AES-256 / TLS 1.2+).
Role-based access control via Microsoft Entra ID.
Network isolation through Azure Container Apps and Azure Monitor.
6. Data Retention
Customer data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Upon termination, data is securely deleted in accordance with Azure’s data handling standards.
7. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Search. We do not share data with non-Microsoft third parties without prior customer consent.
